These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Krush Organics Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by Krush Ventures International (“Krush Organics”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering for the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Krush Organics Affiliate Program allows approved participants (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring customers to krushproducts.com using a unique affiliate discount code. When a customer completes a qualifying purchase using your code, you earn a flat commission on that sale.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must: be 18 years of age or older; have an active online presence (social media account, website, blog, or similar platform); submit a complete and accurate registration via the affiliate application form; and receive written approval from Krush Ventures International prior to promoting any products. We reserve the right to decline or revoke any application at our sole discretion.

3. How It Works

1. Apply — Complete the registration form at /become-an-affiliate/.
2. Get approved — We review all applications manually. You will receive an email confirmation once approved.
3. Receive your code — You will be issued a unique discount code. Customers who use your code receive a discount on their order.
4. Earn commissions — Each qualifying order attributed to your code earns you a flat commission (see Section 4).
5. Get paid — Commissions are paid on a bi-weekly schedule once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold (see Section 5).

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a flat commission of AUD $30 per qualifying sale. A qualifying sale is a completed order on krushproducts.com that: is attributed to your affiliate discount code at checkout; is not subsequently cancelled or refunded; and has cleared any applicable fraud review period. If an order is refunded or charged back, the associated commission will be reversed. Commissions on partially refunded orders will be adjusted proportionally.

5. Payout Terms

Schedule: bi-weekly (every two weeks). Minimum threshold: AUD $50 — commissions accumulate until your balance reaches $50 before a payout is triggered. Method: payouts are processed manually by Krush Ventures International. You will be contacted to confirm payment details prior to your first payout. We verify each payout before processing to protect against fraud. Currency: AUD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Krush Ventures International reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

6. Affiliate Obligations

As an Affiliate, you agree to: promote Krush Organics products honestly and accurately; comply with all applicable laws, including the FTC’s Endorsement Guides and any advertising standards relevant to your jurisdiction; clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content (e.g. “#ad”, “#sponsored”, “#affiliate”); not make unsubstantiated therapeutic or health claims about any products; not target audiences under 18 years of age; and promptly update or remove any content that we notify you is inaccurate or non-compliant.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions: using your own affiliate code to purchase products for personal use (self-referral); incentivising others to use your code through cash-back schemes or rebates not approved by us; bidding on Krush Organics brand keywords in paid search advertising; creating fake reviews, fake social accounts, or misleading promotional content; sharing your affiliate code in coupon or deal aggregator sites without prior written approval; making any claims about product efficacy not supported by the product listings on krushproducts.com; and any activity intended to artificially inflate commission earnings.

8. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Krush Organics branding, logos, and product images solely for the purpose of promoting the Program. You must not alter, distort, or misrepresent any Krush Organics branding. This licence terminates immediately upon your exit from the Program.

9. Product Disclaimer

Krush Organics products contain hemp-derived CBD and other botanical compounds. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Affiliates must not make therapeutic claims in their promotional content. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of any jurisdiction in which you promote these products.

10. Program Modifications & Termination

Krush Ventures International reserves the right to: modify commission rates, payout terms, or Program rules at any time with 14 days’ notice to active Affiliates; suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause; and discontinue the Program entirely. Upon termination, earned commissions that have cleared the verification period and met the minimum threshold will be paid at the next scheduled payout date. You may exit the Program at any time by notifying us at talent@krushproducts.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krush Ventures International will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in the Program. Our total liability will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
