REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
At Krush Organics, your satisfaction is our first priority. Whether you order from the United States, Australia, or anywhere in-between, we stand behind the quality of every product and make returns or refunds straightforward and transparent.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all items purchased directly from krushorganics.com. If you’re not completely happy, simply return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (see conditions below).
2. Are You Eligible?
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:
- Timeframe – Your request is lodged within 30 days of the delivery date on your tracking.
- Condition – Products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (unless faulty or damaged in transit).
- Proof of Purchase – You have your order number or receipt.
- Authorisation – You obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) from our Customer Care team before sending anything back.
- Australian customers: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply in addition to this policy.
3. How to Start a Return
Email info@kru.aheadhost.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[your order number]”.
- Attach photos if your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We’ll reply within 2 business days with your RA number, step-by-step instructions, and the most convenient return address .
- Pack the item securely, writing the RA number clearly on the parcel.
- Ship the parcel via a trackable service and keep the tracking number for your records.
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your expense. If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or we shipped the wrong item, we’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after our warehouse confirms receipt and inspection.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product fault.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed; bank processing times may vary.
5. Exchanges
Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? Let us know in your return email. We’ll reserve replacement stock as soon as your RA is issued and dispatch it once the returned item is received and inspected (or immediately for confirmed damaged/incorrect goods at our discretion).
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the packaging and product so we can fast-track a replacement or refund.

9. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Any item lodged more than 30 days after delivery (unless faulty under consumer guarantees).

- Gift cards or promotional items marked “final sale” (except where required by law).
